From the organiser's Help guide. This is the page an organiser reads inside their own admin, exactly as they see it. On the demo you can read it but not open the admin behind it.
Help → Ops & tools
- Download backup — a copy of your organiser's data (events, bookings, answers, emails) as a file. Keep one somewhere safe now and then. Only a full admin's login can download it. (The platform also backs everything up nightly.)
- Send a test email — checks that email is arriving.
- Logs — quick links to the Email log and Payments, for reference.
