2%per booking
That's it. No monthly fee. No setup fee in 2026. No charge for events that don't sell.
Stripe fees are separate – see below.
How the 2% works
- A £25 class booking costs you 50p.
- A £350 retreat paid as a deposit plus balance costs you £7 in total, spread as it's paid.
- Refund a booking and our 2% comes back in proportion: refund the whole booking and you get all of our fee back; refund 10% of it and you get 10% of our fee back.
- Free events cost nothing, as long as you also run paid events.
And Stripe's fee
Card payments are processed by Stripe, in your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its own fee per card payment (in the UK, typically around 1.5% + 20p for UK cards, more for international cards; see stripe.com/gb/pricing). That's the same wherever you take card payments online. We don't add anything to it.
What's included

Your own address
Your site at yourname.bookthecircle.com.
Plain-English help pages

Optional extras
Your own domain
£30We connect your own domain to your booking site for a one-off £30 fee.
Plus, on request:
- the domain's own cost, if you'd like us to buy it for you, and
- a hosting fee, if you'd like your website on our server.
Your whole website, built for you
QuotedWe can build your whole website as well as your events platform, for an additional fee. Your events platform then becomes part of your website: for example, your website at riversidecic.co.uk with your bookings at events.riversidecic.co.uk.
This is different from the simple pages (About, Contact, Venue and so on) that you can already add to your booking site yourself at no extra cost.
