Events in your calendar
From the organiser's Help guide. This is the page an organiser reads inside their own admin, exactly as they see it. On the demo you can read it but not open the admin behind it.
Events → Events in your calendar
Your own calendar (Google, Apple or Outlook) can show every class, workshop, course date and retreat on your site, without you typing any of them in. You subscribe to your site's private calendar address once; from then on new events appear, changed dates move, and cancelled events disappear by themselves.
Setting it up
- Google Calendar: press Add to Google Calendar and then Add. It shows as a calendar of its own (named after your site) that you can colour or hide like any other.
- Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac): press Add to Apple or Outlook on that device and confirm.
- Outlook or anything else: copy the address and use Add calendar → From the internet (or Subscribe).
What each entry shows
The event's name, time and place; for a course, one entry per date. Inside each entry: how many places are booked, and a link straight to the event's bookings and register in your admin. Events from the last two months onwards are included. Drafts that aren't published yet aren't.
How quickly changes show
Your calendar app fetches the address on its own timetable, not ours. Apple and Outlook check every hour or so; Google can take up to a day. For a change on the day itself, trust your admin over your calendar.
Keep the address private
The address carries your booking numbers, so don't post it publicly. Anyone in your team can open this page and subscribe their own calendar.
Your guests' calendars
Everyone who books gets the dates they booked as a calendar file attached to their booking confirmation email: one tap adds them to their own calendar. 1-to-1 guests get the same for their session.
